It happened in 3 days and is now becoming a reality.

My dresser gets moved.
A new armoire to get to my clothes again!

If I had not planned the move for me to gain access to my clothes, this eihkd never have happened.  One of the main Tara sons is because it involves moving very large heavy pieces of furniture to a place where I could easily put away my clothes in a neat fashion to be able to see what I might want to wear.  I usually choose gym clothes because they are the first thing I wear in the morning.  Not weary, smelly old gym clothes,  ur fashionable, very current and form fitting spandex and workout tops.  When I had a larger frame, I would prefer baggy tshirts, but now that I’ve shed enough pounds to feel comfortable in my skin and put on enough muscle to feel good about why I’m actually at the gym, my gym clothes have gotten smaller in terms of the space they need to take up in a drawer or on a shelf.  It used to be just piled of clothes to rummage through.  But not I make a choose every day about what I want to wear not let the most easy to access become the flavor of the day.

How did the firuniture move happen? I knew I would noe be the one doing the switcheroo so I could use my husbands armoire instead of my dresser.  It’s a larger storage area and easier to gain access to than the closet to nowhere behind my bedroom door.

I told him that my goal was to move the furniture by Sunday.  Now my husband does not like deadlines and never thinks anything has to happen right now.  We are definitely not on the same page when it comes to organization and planning.  So because the only way it could happen was for him to actually do the heavy lifting portion of my organization project, I told him Friday that I was working on emptying out my drawers into boxes and that all that needed to be done was for him to clean out his stuff and then move it on Sunday.  He was not happy about the deadline but I held fasbti me plan and just put it out there.

Saturday was quickly fading with no move on his part to clean out to ski took it upon myself to clean at least the top of his armoire and put it in boxes.  The next thing I knew, Sunday morning he was moving around furniture and vacuuming fastidiously.  I did not know but when he found a free moment on Saturday he was dumping stuff he did not need to keep and go through the trouble of moving and the rest he was boxing up.  It was truly a miracle that would not have happened if I did not take charge and become the true leader of this somewhat overwhelming task.  It was very empowering to list all the steps, make a timeline and plan out all the tasks necessary to complete it.z. I was a true PMO, or project management professional, evenbidbitbwas something as mundane as relocating clothing.  For me, it was a matter of having control over my environment and feeling just a little bigger and in charge of the situation.  It was breaking it down or just break down.  One small step at a time.

Tomorrow is the day I get rid of the stuff in the boxes I packed everything into. Either relocate or just get rid of it/. But I now exactly what’s in each box and I’ve been eyeballing every clear see through box before I go to sleep. I’m ready for the next step.
