My secret to Breakfast and Lunch Today – Power Bowls
My breakfast and lunch today were a slam dunk. Anything that I can have ready made that I don’t have to cook is a win win for me. The less foot time in my kitchen: the better. Especially after a leg day where my legs are drying for a rest.

Power bowls are a great convenient solution for me to eat food nutritious food, that will fill me and give me enough protein to repair and build muscle I work so hard on early at the gym. These bowls should be packed Denali with nutrients, at least two cups of greens, and a variety of dozing and nuts and seeds

Todays breakfast used kale left over from yesterdays lunch out at Yatdjiuse with my mom. It had fantastic grilled blackened chicken, and today I piled on quinoa that I keep ready made as a throw-in in my frridge. It is a great course of complete protein for muscle synthesis.
I also added a package of harvest naturals nuts that I usually add to my lunch salad. But today I chose it for breakfast instead. I added five olives, handful of blueberries and pomegranate seeds already removed from the fruit in a handy cup my son is addicted to: I’m lucky he didn’t eat them all and left some for me to use.
Play Powerball breakfast really filled me up, and it did not need to be in traditional format with an egg. It had protein, and I was very happy.
I threw in a package of Thai chili bumblebee tuna that comes ready to eat. This is now a staple in my closet. I also added some cranberry sauce that I had in the fridge, maybe a quarter cup, and some snap peas. This parable was delicious, and for extra fiber, I stuck on some Mary’s gone crackers. I love this.
I might just do a protein shake for dinner, we’ll see how hungry I am. Right now I’m pretty full from the day.
