Day 13 — CAR-T for MS 🖤 Staff Appreciation Day

Today reminded me how powerful it feels to give back. With just a black-and-white printer, a pair of scissors, and my creativity, I designed and shared artwork for staff appreciation day — pieces made entirely in Canva, filled with gratitude and heart.

Armed with only a black-and-white printer, a pair of scissors, and a heart full of gratitude, I created simple artwork in Canva to honor the staff who care with their hands and heal with their hearts.

A nurse printed for me, I cut added red hearts and ms ribbons and shared each piece across both the East and West Wings — messages like “Grateful for Every Caring Hand” and “Love + Care Save Lives.” Watching them hung on walls and seeing the smiles they brought reminded me what creativity and gratitude can do, even in the smallest form.

This is what healing looks like — people helping people, art finding purpose, and gratitude finding its way into every corner.

This experience taught me that you don’t need color, resources, or perfection — just intention. Gratitude creates its own light.
