Buddy, Not Bites: Life with My Praying Mantis

I got a praying mantis for my kid, and it’s become the coolest little predator in our home. This mini carnivore, though perfect in its hunting skills, needs to learn one big lesson from me: my fingers are buddies, not buffet! Yeah, it really hurts when it forgets. We’ve got this whole setup where it’s like living in a mini zoo, with an aloe plant for climbing and everything. But when my son’s at school, it’s my turn for mantis duty. I’m all for its carnivore diet, just wish it understood fingers are off the menu.
