My five daily mantras starts again today.

Todays five mantras. Written in the dark.

Every morning I start my day off with the Insitht Tomer app to help me get my head on straight so I can savor a little bit of peace for myself during my usually hectic day.  My days schedule can be erratic and is never the same each day/. My only sense of clarity and investment in my health and strength comes at the gym:  but once I’m out of here and head off to the gym I savor the routine of my hard work and smart planning for my gym exercise program that I developed and it always changing to keep it fresh and to keep my body ready to adapt because the demands are different and it’s got to be quick to change and adapt.

This morning I wrote out five statements, mantras that I will carry with me and repeat throughout my day.  I will make my photo the featured image on this blog post but it’s rather dark in my dining room awning like it in my early morning routine.

If you can’t read my dark image, they are:

  1.  I am strong.
  2. I am determined.
  3. I plan my life with intention.
  4. I am at peace with myself.
  5. I am grateful.

These statements just came to me when I summoned the first five to come up in my mind.  I haven’t don’t it in a while since I read Mind Hacking Happiness and it was a regular part of my daily routine.  Sometimes you just get distracted but you pick it up at a later time, never being too hard on yourself.  I do a lot of things and manage myself, my son, my husband, my house, my mom.  I don’t mean I am their manager by any means but I do have to put some careful intentional thought into certain areas of my life that involve them.‘ especially the result routine of getting Sean ready for school.  I’m lucky to have my mom with all hands on deck for this task because it’s usually through an iPad or a tv screen that we both do it over.  And it’s after I’ve come back from the gym at 7am.

On weekends the gym opens at 7 so I have a little more time in my hands and because I’m not tiptioeing around as much because it’s later anyway.

I’m glad I started my mantras again today.  They are great fuel for the mind.  Do you repeat daily mantras to yourself?  Comment below.  I’d love to hear from you.
