If you had to give up one word that you use regularly, what would it be?
If I had to remove one word from my vocabulary, it would be the phrase ‘I have to.’ So often, we find ourselves feeling pressured by daily tasks and responsibilities that, in the grand scheme of things, aren’t truly urgent. I remind myself regularly that unless something is absolutely essential or life-threatening, I don’t have to do anything.
This mindset shift helps me stay grounded and conserve my energy, which is especially important for me. I’ve learned to approach challenges with calmness and patience, like a buffalo calmly facing a storm. By releasing the pressure of unnecessary tasks and expectations, I find that I can focus on what really matters, staying relaxed and balanced, no matter what comes my way.
