My latest addition to my meditation corner. Vinyl Lettering Motivation

So what’s the big deal about? My latest addition is a vinyl lettering project that I just completed yesterday. I love this saying, “have it is what keeps you going. Motivation is what gets you started.”
I was looking for something that I could put on my wall beside just a picture. And because this is a dark walnuts, facing me every morning, and rather dark room saved for very dim lighting, it really needed to pop. Originally I put up small black sayings, and they really weren’t worth anything, so I’m not even posting photos.
This corner of my house is the furthest away from anyone’s ears, so there’s no chance of disturbances. I voice dictate this into my iPhone at an ungodly hour in the morning, 430. Off to the gym after that. I need to get my juices flowing before I even get out the door behind the wheel.
The first thing I did, was make myself a quick, sweet potato with blueberries in the microwave, and then covered in flaxseed. It’s a good complex carbohydrate for me to get started, about an hour before I start working out. Sometimes less, but it’s how I can get moving with good energy at the gym to make it a good habit. If my energy sucked, and I really didn’t get anything out of my work out, why would I keep doing it? So I am motivated to eat right every day so that I can keep my good habits. See?
I put my tea up in the hot water maker, and brought it over to the table where I’m sitting now. The next thing that goes on is my Insight Timer app. I have a few morning meditations saved in my favorites, that take no longer than 10 minutes each.
I picked one today that started with some gratitude going for everything. I am thankful for so that when I walk out the door I’m reminded of how lucky I am. It’s a pretty good way to start the day. Looking backwards to move forward.
The vinyl lettering project itself was a little tricky. The product that I ordered was wrapped up tight for a long time, so I had to unfurl it a couple of times to make sure that it laid flat enough to stick it to the wall. It was a whole project that I watched on YouTube. Just look for how to put up vinyl lettering. There are a few of them.
I’m still working on my overhead strength, so this was a good project for me to get working on. It reminds me why I need my shoulder strength because there are certain things that you need to do not just in front of you. It was something that I needed to have patience with because if you whip too quickly, the paper backing stays on, and then your left pulling people off, and also you need to keep sticking the letters down so that you don’t miss any letters. I missed two and then had to stick them on Manually, but I just kept sticking with it and used patience. I love the way it came out. I’m not just proud of putting such a positive statement in my view every day, but of the way I was able to get it up on the wall myself. No one helped me. I was totally independent from Purchased to getting it completed.
Today is going to be an awesome day. I hope yours is too.

My first part goes up. One to go.
With a flat edge. I slowly peeled and scraped u til it was complete.
My first preworkout meal with my completed project to feast my eyes upon too.
